I arrived in NY in the early �90�s from France for a 3 month visit with my cousin and his wife to help baby-sit their child. I quickly realized I couldn't live without NY so chose to stay longer. After my time with family was up I rented a bedroom and was able to get a job at a busy French restaurant in the East Village as a bus boy. I needed to be quick and efficient, which was not easy at first with my limited English communication skills. My determination to learn and listen earned me respect from the senior employees. They ended up helping me with my English and improve on my job performance. My employer also noticed my honesty and gave me a few shifts behind the bar during brunch and lunch, I was then asked to manage the cash register. With my education in accounting, my employer promoted me to bookkeeper of his upcoming new restaurant in Soho. Over the years I became his right hand and financial manager for his restaurant group and I am now a partner in his Brooklyn restaurant.

Most recently, I turned my energy towards my first passion, real estate. After learning the craft in Brooklyn I decided to take my knowledge to Manhattan.

I believe everyone has their own version of NYC. I feel everyone wants different opportunities and experiences from our wonderful city. My job now is not only to help you find your next home or investment but to assist you in building your own version of NYC. When coming from outside NYC an adjustment period is necessary; the size of apartments can be surprising, prices may be daunting, but never the less there is the right place for everyone here. Even for native New Yorkers it can be trying. I will help you figure out what property and neighborhood best suit your needs and make sure you have the best experience while on your search. I will use my extensive database and knowledge to find you what you are looking for.

My wife and I live in Brooklyn near Carroll Gardens. We love food, travel and spending time at our country house with our dog Eliot.
