Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Allan Gallaway knows the NYC market inside and out. Graduate of Adelphi University, he has worked in sales throughout his professional career. As the long-time owner of a major manufacturing company in the Garment center, Allan has worked with some of the largest and most prestigious chain stores and private label companies in the industry.

During his twelve years in real estate, he developed his expertise in placing and negotiating retail leases and office leasing, and has been involved in the sale of buildings, leading to the launch of his own commercial division under Kurland Realty. His invaluable experience and people skills have greatly contributed to his success in placing both independent users and national chains in various NYC locations. Additionally, he attributes many of his accomplishments at Kurland Realty to the collaborative dynamic between the seasoned residential brokers, working together with a shared network of clients and landlords – a loyal following, that has created a unique environment for the Kurland Realty Commercial department. Allan is exceptionally attuned to his clients’ needs, tenants and landlords alike, focusing on meeting their criteria without smoke and mirrors.
